Senco Gold Limited (“SGL”) has introduced a Refer and Earn initiative under My Digi Silver, where customers can earn bonus silver by referring any person to the platform. This document outlines the terms and conditions applicable to the Refer and Earn program.
1. Who can participate?
- The Refer and Earn program is open to all registered customers of My Digi Silver.
2. Who can be referred?
- Referral link must be sent to any individuals who have not previously registered on My Digi Silver.
1. Finding the Refer and Earn Section
- Navigate to the My Digi Silver website or app, sign in to your My Digi Silver account and look for the 'Refer and Earn' link prominently displayed on the homepage or in the main menu.
2. Generating and Sharing Referral Code/Link
- Upon accessing the Refer and Earn section, a unique referral code or link will be automatically generated. One can copy and share this code/link with any of his/her acquittances.
3. Using the Referral Link
- When the referee clicks on the referral link, he/she will be redirected to the My Digi Silver website where they can complete the registration process.
4. Completing the Referral
- The referee must complete the registration and purchase a designated amount of My Digi Silver through the platform.
1. Receiving Bonus Silver
- Once the referee makes their first purchase of My Digi Silver, both the referrer and the referee will receive bonus silver. The referee will receive 50 mg of free digital silver, while the referrer will receive 100 mg of free digital silver.
2. Conditions for Bonus Silver
- Bonus silver is awarded only after the referred person completes their first purchase.

- The earned bonus can be tracked under “Order History” on the My Digi Silver app or website.
2. Referral Limits
- There is generally no limit to the number of people you can refer. However, specific conditions may apply as per the terms mentioned on the platform.
1. Eligible Referrals
- Referrals must be unique, new customers. Self-referrals or duplicate accounts are not eligible for the bonus.
2. Incomplete Referrals
- If a referred person registers but does not complete the purchase, neither the referrer nor the referee will receive the bonus silver.
1. Changes to the Program
- Senco Gold LTD reserves the right to modify or terminate the Refer and Earn program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the My Digi Silver platform.
2. Termination of Participation
- Senco Gold LTD reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Refer and Earn program if they are found violating the terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.
1. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed following the laws of India.
2. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes related to this Refer and Earn program are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only. The company reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions at any time.
