You can gift Digi Silver to anyone who has a valid mobile number & email ID. The recipient does not need to be a My Digi Silver member in advance—they need to download the app or visit mydigisilver.com to enrol and claim the silver if they’re not registered.
My Digi Silver Gifting is a feature that allows users to gift silver digitally to friends or family through the My Digi Silver platform. The sender can send a certain amount of his/her accumulated silver (in grams), which is then transferred to the recipient’s My Digi Silver account on his or her acceptance.
Here’s how it works:
The recipient receives a notification via SMS and/or email with instructions to claim their gifted silver. Once they accept it, the silver is added to their My Digi Silver wallet.
Absolutely. All transactions are end-to-end encrypted and logged for traceability. A digital invoice is generated for every gift transaction.
Yes. Once a gift transfer transaction is confirmed, it can be cancelled until it’s acknowledged or accepted by the recipient.
Yes. You will receive a digital confirmation along with a gift invoice, which will also be downloadable in your gift history section.
Currently, the gift feature is free of charge. However, this is subject to change based on platform policies.
Currently, the recipient should acknowledge or reject the Silver Gift within 72 hrs. Post that it would be expired and returned to the sender.
