Eligibility: This Loyalty Points is available to all customers who make a single purchase worth Rs. 3000 (exclusive GST) or more at the mydigisilver.com platform.
For every purchase of Rs. 3000 (exclusive GST) or more, customers will earn a specific number of loyalty points.
Loyalty points will be credited to the customer’s account after the transaction is completed and approved.
1 loyalty point = ₹1/-
Loyalty points will be accumulated in the customer’s account and can be redeemed for future purchases at Senco stores & Digi Platforms (My Digi Gold & My Digi Silver).
Points are not transferable and cannot be combined with other customer accounts.
Minimum purchase limit is ₹2000/- for redemption of points.
Minimum accumulation should be 250 points at the beginning, for 1st time redemption.
Points Expiry: All points will expire after 2 years from the date of the last transaction. A transaction refers to the legitimate tax invoice issued following a successful purchase on the My Digi Silver platform.
The Loyalty Points do not apply to Bonus/Reward Transactions.
